Nanaimo Cold Brew Martini

1 oz The Forager Botanical Whisky
1 oz Forty Creek Nanaimo Cream
2 oz cold brew
0.5 oz Caramel syrup

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Toasted coconut

Build all ingredients in shaker tin
Add ice and wet shake
Then dry shake with no ice
Fine strain into coupe glass
Add toasted coconut to top of cocktail for garnish

The Garden Forager

1.5 oz The Forager Botanical Whisky
2 oz Carrot – Ginger – Apple
A squeeze of lemon juice

Top with elderflower tonic

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Apple cinnamon biscuit

Build first three ingredients in shaker tin
Add ice and shake
Strain into highball glass
Top with elderflower tonic
Place apple – cinnamon biscuit on top of cocktail for garnish
