Cherrywood Reserve is Master Blender, Bill Ashburn's homage to the Niagara Region, which is home to one of Canada's most treasured fruit belts. It's also the home of Forty Creek and the source of more than 90% of Ontario's tender fruit crop, including the sweet and sour cherries from the orchards that dot the town of Niagara-on-the Lake.
Experience a rare blend that embodies bountiful Niagara. Pot-distilled in small batches, kissed with brandy and steeped with cherrywood for a truly unexpected character.
In collaboration with Beamsville, Ontario's Bench Brewing, we've created a hopped whisky experience that is completely new for Canadian whisky.
First, we lent our whisky barrels to the folks at Bench Brewing and they created the Fortified Amber Sour Ale. After they finished brewing their small batch, we got our barrels back and aged our whisky in the beer-washed barrels.
The result is Taproom, our innovative limited-release whisky that pairs the bold flavours of our award-winning Forty Creek whisky with bitter hops and notes of citrus and mint.
We've brought together our award-winning Canadian whisky with one of Canada's most loved desserts to create an innovative addition to our Cream Liquor range.
Inspired by the iconic Canadian dessert, Nanaimo Bar Cream Liquor is crafted with fresh dairy cream, delicately blended with our award-winning Forty Creek whisky to create flavours of chocolate, vanilla, coconut and graham cracker.
Our Master Blender Bill Ashburn celebrates 35 years of imagination and craft with this extraordinary limited creation. Art of the Blend tells his story, first the making of wine, then the art of whisky blending.
Ashburn’s creation is our iconic Niagara whisky infused with grapes harvested in the darkest hours of winter. A stunning expression of whisky mastery and experimentation, it is a sensational journey that never ends.
We proudly introduce the FIRST EVER cask strength whisky from Forty Creek.
This 5-year-old pot-distilled whisky is rich, distinct, and unapologetically bold. Bottled straight from the barrel at 48.5%, it delivers a full flavour with our signature Forty Creek smooth finish.
This limited release premium whisky is a tribute to Master Blender Bill Ashburn’s dedication and resolve to create some of the most awarded Canadian whiskies over the past 20 years. This smooth and complex whisky has an elevated spice profile rounded out with a drop of vintage Villard Noir Port.
This very special Forty Creek Whisky is limited to just 9,200 bottles. For years fans have been asking us to re-release our original Three Grain Whisky. It seemed only fitting that on our 20th Anniversary we should bring back this special Limited Release one last time.

For our 9th annual limited release in 2015, we turned back the clock to revive an original taste expression –the award winning release from almost twenty years ago, Three Grain Whisky. The 2015 expression, however, was bolder and richer, bottled at 43% alc./vol
As our 8th limited release, Forty Creek Evolution literally marked an evolution of both our whiskies and our skills as whisky makers. The 2014 release offered a glimpse into our journey as a company -a journey of discovery and progression. Half of the whisky was aged for 5 years in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
Selected 5 year old whisky blended with a small portion of Gewurztraminer Brandy that was produced in house.
Our Port Wood Reserve was released twice –in 2009 and 2012 –as a result of incredible demand for the liquid. The varietal whiskies were aged separately, and once completed, brought together for further rounding out. The resulting whisky was finished in vintage port wood barrels for another two years prior to bottling.
For our 5th limited release in 2011, we took a different approach. We focused in on the grain –highlighting the taste of the varietal grains and showcasing the complexity of the aromas and tastes. The result was an unparalleled harmony of flavours.
