Clear, medium intensity, beautiful warm, light copper almost rose like, medium plus viscosity.
Medium intensity and warm on the nose. Slightly astringent. Grain, straw, flint, ripe pineapple, hints of lemon, cedar, orange and green apple
A weighty mouthfeel with cereal and barley sugar sweetness of candied fruit. Peppery with restrained but increasing heat, hints of grape skins., Butterscotch first sip, and quite complex flavours reminiscent of a long-matured Christmas cake.
Well-rounded with a medium finish. Lingering acidity and long peppery finish. Musk, dried fruit and oak on the empty glass
