- 100ML of caramel syrup
- 1 Bag of Red Rocket coffee, ground or whole, dark, or light roast
- Coffee beans for garnish
Cocktail Instructions:
(Makes 1 martini, double recipe for 2)
1. Cold Brew creation
- 4Tbs of ground coffee to 1 cup of water
- Pour in a mason jar (or sealable container) and stir
- Steep for 12 hours in the fridge, shaking occasionally
- Pour through a coffee filter or cheese cloth to strain
- You can also use your French Press. Cover while in the fridge and plunge after 12 hours
2. Combine 2oz cold brew, 2oz Nanaimo, 0.5oz caramel syrup into shaker (with ice).
(For a stronger cocktail, replace 1oz Nanaimo cream with 1oz vodka of your choice)
3. Shake 30 seconds
4. Strain and remove ice from shaker
5. Dry shake (no ice) for additional 30 seconds
6. Pour into coupe glass(es)
7. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top
8. Sip & Enjoy!
